ASPEKT is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Sales representative’s primary duties include understanding the potential clients’ and market needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails, and supporting Business Development Manager close sales deals. At the same time, the Sales representative is responsible for communicating the benefits of ASPEKT’s products to drive sales. He/She will serve as the point of contact between ASPEKT and a potential client and will have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services. Sales Representative on regular bases communicates with customers to understand their needs and generate new leads.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
 Bachelor’s Degree (General, Economics, Business, Finance, Communication) (OBLIGATORY)
 Master’s Degree (RECOMMENDED)
 2+ years of experience working in the similar job positions (as Sales Representative in IT/Microfinance/Leasing/Banking Industry)

Skills and Qualifications:

 English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken) OBLIGATORY
 Team player and customer-centric
 Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or the financial sector
 Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
 Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs

Main Responsibilities:
 Maintain and expand prospects database, within assigned territory, to pursue strategic growth opportunities and provide clients with long-term value.
 Do thorough research and locate potential clients.
 Expand the clients’ database on daily basis.
 Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
 Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with potential clients
 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
 Maintain email communication, social media communication with potential clients, and assigned Promotional Mailing campaigns
 Respond to potential clients` needs and offer the best possible customized offer/solution (assisted by Supervisor or BD Manager)
 Arrange Meetings/Calls with Potential Clients as per ASPEKT Code of Business Communication and Sales Techniques
 Collaborating with Supervisor and Senior Colleagues in developing own personal skills.
 Working as a part of the Business Unit, effectively reporting to Supervisor and BD Manager.
 Analyze the market and its potential, carry-out thorough market research for given projects, and assert potential, target group, opportunities, and competitors.
 Track sales and status reports
 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
 Anticipate, listen to and respond to potential customer needs and requirements by offering supreme customer care. Ensure the highest customer experience and relationship building.
 Advertise and promote ASPEKT`s portfolio, on social media.
 Generate, maintain and build close relationships with new and existing large accounts throughout the year by being coached and mentored by Territory Supervisor.
 Coordinate and control all activities with the support functions related to business trips, traveling arrangements, material management, and customer experience.
 Fulfil daily responsibilities (CRM data updates, Tracker, Weekly Reports, Internal Meeting, etc.)
